By downloading or using VlogCam Pro ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and your app store's terms.
You own the photos and videos you create with the app. They are stored on your device; we claim no rights over them and never access them. You are solely responsible for the content you record and for recording lawfully — including obtaining any consent required to record other people, and respecting others' privacy and applicable local laws.
You agree not to use the app to record or create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, not to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app, and not to attempt to defeat its advertising or purchase mechanisms.
The app is free and supported by advertising. Optional in-app purchases and subscriptions remove ads and/or unlock premium features; these are billed and managed by your app store (Google Play or Samsung Galaxy Store) under its terms. Refunds are handled by the store, not by us.
Some features (such as simultaneous front-and-back "dual camera" recording, manual camera controls, or high-resolution capture) depend on your specific device's hardware and may be unavailable or disabled on devices that do not support them. The app degrades gracefully where a capability is missing.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of recordings or data, arising from your use of the app. Keep your own backups of important recordings.
We may update the app and these terms over time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue the app at any time.
